1. Item was lost or damaged during shipping
If an item is lost and you purchased insurance, we will begin
an investigation with the shipper right away. If an item is
damaged during shipping and you purchased insurance, NG:DEV.TEAM
will repair or replace it promptly. We will need you to send
back all the original packing materials so we can make a claim.
Once we receive the damaged item(s), we will issue a replacement
(if in stock) or refund (if not in stock).
Received incorrect product
Providing we receive the item back in the same condition as
when it shipped initially, we will refund you the cost of
return shipping the wrong item once it is received and ship
out the correct item for free. We double-check everything
before shipping and expect this to be a very, very rare situation.
Once a problem is confirmed, we ask you to ship the defective
item back to us. NG:DEV.TEAM will refund your return shipping
costs. If the same item is out of stock, a full refund will

If you don┤t like an item and/or any other reason not outlined
above, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee for the return
minus the cost of shipping. This is providing we receive the
item in the same condition as when sold.
Factory sealed and/or new items that have been opened or used
may only be exchanged if defective; returns are not accepted
on these items.
