Shipping of Fast Striker EX RE for Nintendo Switch
Dear customers,
shipping of orders with only Fast Striker EX regular edition starts next week Thursday 25th June 2026 for Europe, Asia and Canada. We will need about 5 days to process those pre-orders.
The Fast Striker EX Limited Edition is expected to arrive later in about 1-2 weeks. We will write another newsletter with the shipping date then.
Once most pre orders are shipped we will make the remaining units available in the shop.
Should your address has changed since the pre order add the new one to your account and let us also know the new one so we can activate it for the order.
USA customers
Due to tariffs and the Executive Order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries" our usual USA shipping method is currently not available.
We will start first test shipments of Gunvein into the US next week. We will pick some orders and inform each customer individually.
The third party company handling this highly recommends that US customers provide an US telephone number. We also will need to provide your email address to the third party and USPS.
Customs / tariffs and increased shipping costs are handled by us this time as the long wait time is on us.
The way US shipping will work is that we need to ship large bulk amounts on euro palettes to a third party company. That third party company ships all packages by air mail into the US.
In the US the packages will be split from the bulk and send by USPS.
Tracking will be limited until the USPS pickup. For orders older than 6 month we also need to handle tracking manually. We are unsure how we will handle this. We probably can only provide it on request after the test phase. We expect that shipments will be rather slow and to take around 2-4 weeks.
Once we know in a few weeks that everything works we can start the actual US shipping of Gunvein and after that Fast Striker EX. Please do not ask to combine Gunvein and Fast Striker orders. It's currently not possible.
We will write a specific newsletter for that then with more details.
For future releases the US shipment process will be slightly more streamlined with automatic tracking.
