Shipping policy

Shipping costs are determined by weight, package size/volume and destination.

Shipping costs transparency is achieved by displaying them in the checkout process before conclusion of contract.

Notice for non EU countries: all shipments may be subject to import charges and taxes. We ship from Germany (EU).
For more information about customs and VAT please check with your local customs office. Incoterm DAP („Delivered at Place”) and DDU apply.

For high value items a signature on receiving may be required.

If you are using a shipping forwarder make sure they accept packages with required age certification (18 years).

JAPAN: All address data must be in western characters / Latin characters. Our shipping carrier can't process Japanese characters.

EU: 8 EUR / DHL Warenpost International EU Tracked

USA: 8 EUR / USPS and DHL Warenpost International Tracked (handled by USPS)

World: 8 EUR / DHL Warenpost International Tracked

UK : 27.90 EUR / DHL Premium Package. Up to 5 KG and 499 EUR insurance value can be shipped with this. DHL export handling to UK via 3rd party intermediary. This is handled by us and transparent to you. Does not include VAT/tax duties.

Weight limit: 1kg per Deutsche Post Warenpost

Countries

We regretfully currently only can ship to the following countries due to bad experience with very long shipping times, limited tracking, lost packages and only partial reimbursement from the shipping insurance from non listed countries. We will reevaluate the list from year to year (2026).

EU: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

USA: only the 50 states. (Due to the shipping software used we can't ship to territories and armed forces). Currently not possible due to tariffs and the Executive Order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries"
